The Lightspeed engineering team will be making upgrades to MDM. This will take place on May 22, 2026 at 6 PM CST.

During this time, functionality in the product will be minimal, eg: administrators may intermittently be unable to access the product interface.

No action is required in order to prepare for this process.

The upgrade is expected to take 3.5 hours to carry out and should be completed no later than 9:30 PM CST
