The Lightspeed engineering team will be making upgrades to Lightspeed Insight™. This will take place on September 26, 2025.

During this time, Lightspeed Insight™ customers will not be able to login.

No action is required in order to prepare for this process.

The upgrade is expected to take 1 hour to carry out and should be completed no later than September 26, 2025.
