The Lightspeed engineering team will be making upgrades to Lightspeed STOPit, HELPme Admin, Admin apps and apps. This will take place on Monday September 22nd at 3:00am CST.

During this time, access to STOPit and HELPme Admin, Admin apps, the web app, and app may be unavailable.

No action is required in order to prepare for this process.

The upgrade is expected to take one hour to carry out and should be completed no later than Monday September 22nd, 3:00am CST.
