We have identified that a 3rd party outage is causing the issues with SMS message delivery. We will post an update as soon as we have more information.

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting SMS message delivery with Notify. Push notifications and email alerts remain fully operational. Our team is actively working to resolve this and restore full service as quickly as possible. We'll update this page as soon as the issue is resolved.
