We have completed the migration of CatchOn to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and are closing the maintenance window. You can now access the CatchOn user interface and functionality just as you did before the migration. Reporting data captured during the migration window will continue to update throughout the coming week.

Lightspeed Systems engineers will be migrating the Lightspeed Analytics, CatchOn edition application from its current Datacenter to AWS. This migration will provide greater ability to scale, improve performance and reliability, and allow for a tighter integration with other Lightspeed solutions.

During the upgrade window, you can expect the following impact.

The CatchOn management & reporting interface will not be accessible

Agent reporting will be delayed (but will catch up after the maintenance window closes so no data is lost)

No other Lightspeed Systems applications will be impacted by this migration.

These upgrades will ensure all of your Lightspeed solutions, including CatchOn, continue to deliver the greatest management for your teams and efficacy and safety for your students with enhanced speed, scalability, and security.

We’re committed to ensuring full access is restored before the weekend ends and school resumes. We will update our status page at the beginning of the maintenance window and again when we have completed the work.
